Great place!! Everyone is so nice, they are genuinely concerned and really work with you to get you better! The ladies at the front desk are super helpful. Overall, an excellent physical therapy place. I definitely give them 5 stars! So glad I picked NovaCare over Penn.
I did two PT sessions before switching to another facility. I felt that the vibe from the management was tense and abrasive. Perhaps they are overworked and busy; but as a patient I do not want to hear the general complaints from the manager or be an unwilling participant in an ambiance of anxiety. I would however like to mention that my experience with the supportive PT team (those two times) was a positive one. They were trying to focus on the therapy instead of the drama. Ultimately, it was hard for me to focus on healing in an environment where I felt an apparent air of discord brought on by an aggressive management style; I chose to leave rather than confront anyone.
